1. Welcome to iZoomer

iZoomer ("we", "us", "our") operates the free web tool at https://izoomer.app that lets you view public Instagram profile pictures and public profile content in full size.

By accessing or using iZoomer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What the Service Does (and Does Not Do)

iZoomer is a free, no-login utility. There are no accounts, and we never ask for your Instagram username, password, or credentials.
iZoomer works with public content only. Private accounts, Close Friends, deleted, or otherwise non-public content is not supported.
We do not bypass, circumvent, or disable any Instagram privacy controls, paywalls, or access restrictions.
Results depend on what the account owner has made publicly available on Instagram. Availability, quality, and accuracy are not guaranteed.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use iZoomer lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

Abuse, overload, or attack the service, including aggressive scraping, automated bulk queries, or attempts to evade rate limits.
Use the service for any unlawful, harassing, stalking, defamatory, or otherwise harmful purpose.
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, including re-uploading someone else's photos as your own.
Attempt to access private or non-public content through iZoomer, or misrepresent the source or ownership of any content.
Misrepresent yourself, impersonate others, or imply endorsement by iZoomer, Instagram, or Meta.

To keep the service fast and fair, we use rate limiting, Turnstile challenges, and abuse detection, and we may block IPs, ranges, or user agents that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property and Saved Content

The iZoomer site design, code, logo, and text are owned by us and protected by applicable IP laws.
Instagram photos, avatars, and videos shown through iZoomer belong to their respective owners. iZoomer claims no ownership over third-party content.
If you save or share content, you must have the rights to do so. Downloads are for personal, offline viewing only unless the rights holder permits otherwise.
Respect copyright: do not commercially exploit, redistribute, or relicense other people's content without permission.

5. No Affiliation with Instagram or Meta

iZoomer is an independent utility. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram, LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Instagram and related marks and logos are trademarks of Meta. Any references are for descriptive purposes only.

6. Free Service, No Warranties

The service is free and provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We may change, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iZoomer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms, abuses the service, or creates legal risk for us or others. You may stop using iZoomer at any time.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
